The functional separation into two volumes placed on top of each other is developed according to topography of the site. The geometry of the embassy building is not defined and shaped by a dynamic process but by the natural characteristics of the site which influences and creates the geometry.

Representative areas arranged in the plint are forming up to a pavilion-like space structure around an atrium, the main orientation is to the south.

Private areas are arranged above the representative areas in the ground floor, oriented to the north they accentuate the topography of the two merged plots imitating the hypsometric layers.
