A hollowed horizontal disk cutting through the slope of a mountain manages to be dramatically hovering over the ravine below it, by anchoring a significant part of it in the cliff. The disk consists of an array of four nesting tubular barrel vaults. While their sections tunneled inside the mountain house the functions of winemaking and storing, the cantilevered vaults transform from a barrel to a light-weight circular truss and accommodate the restaurant and café.
